Joyce was the best realtor I have ever used. I am sorry I had moved out of state and can no longer use her services. I had to sell my home as a short sale and it took 2 years to sell. The issues were totally with the mortgage companies. They would not cooperate. Joyce was extremely dilligent and I know no other realtor would have put up with everything Joyce had to go through.
